These clients needed an exquisite setting for the family’s extensive entertaining, as well as children’s play space. The ample square footage allowed the incorporation of a children’s playroom within the family room. The addition of a built-in banquette provided attractive seating and toy storage.

A newly created outdoor covered dining space, delightful lounge area, built-in barbecue, and complete outdoor kitchen extended entertainment options dramatically.

A particularly stunning feature is the living room’s French antique armoire repurposed as a mirrored and outfitted bar with wine storage. The sparkling interior was a breathtaking sight.
